Jordan Olexyn - Physiotherapist
Jordan grew up in Prince George and is a recent graduate of the Masters in Physiotherapy program from the University of Northern BC. He worked as a kinesiologist for three years, with an undergraduate Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the Active Health and Rehab Stream at Simon Fraser University.
Being involved in sports most of his life, Jordan has a particular interest in managing concussions and orthopedic injuries, and has experience with managing persistent pain issues and manual therapy. He looks forward to getting involved in the community and exploring the wealth of resources available. When not in the clinic, you can find him on the slopes, trails or one of the many lakes and rivers that surround Kimberley.
Mattea Polivka - Kinesiologist
Mattea is a registered Kinesiologist in B.C. In 2021, she received her Bachelor of Kinesiology majoring in Human Kinetics from the University of Regina. During her time there, she worked as a Student Trainer with multiple varsity teams and completed an internship with the Saskatchewan Roughriders. Mattea is involved in our hydrotherapy sessions and has recently completed the level 1 Kinetic Link Training course. She has experience in designing exercise programs for a variety of clientele in our clinic.
In her spare time she enjoys cross country skiing, knitting and cooking vegetarian dishes.
Hayley Racansky - Office Manager
Hayley moved to the East Kootenays in 2012, and after 7 years in the sign industry, made the switch to health care. She joined the Purcell team in April of last year, and does her best to keep the clinic running smoothly. She is an accomplished artist and spends her spare time running a small business Hayley Made This , gardening with her partner and playing with her 2 dogs. She is always happy to help with any questions or concerns you may have.
Kana Dolgopol - Rehab Aide
Kana started working at Purcell 3 years ago. She has recently graduated from high school with honours! Congratulations Kana! She is an avid volleyball player and is starting the nursing program in the fall at College of the Rockies. She helps out at the clinic several days a week after school, answering the phone and cleaning the office. We could not manage without her.
